Return Policy

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused and returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories, except where applicable law allows reasonable inspection. The customer pays return postage to our designated return address in Shenzhen, China.

Email customer care promptly with your order or tracking reference, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent to an unapproved address, sent without identifying order information or sent cash-on-delivery may not be accepted.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are sent back through the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns except where applicable law requires otherwise.
