We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Your delivery country and complete address are confirmed with customer care on WhatsApp before an order is accepted.

• One tote: $14.90 shipping.
• Two totes: $14.90 shipping.
• Three totes: free shipping.

Please enter the recipient's full name, complete street address, postal code and a working telephone number including the country code. The telephone number is required for international delivery and carrier contact. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

After your parcel is dispatched, customer care sends the carrier and tracking number by WhatsApp or email. Customers with an existing website payment may also use the order-tracking page. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created.

International delivery can be affected by customs, weather, peak periods or local carrier conditions. Any import charges required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless customer care confirms otherwise. Contact customer care if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or if a parcel appears damaged.
